Jana is one of Seismik’s four founders and has served as Chief Operating Officer since its establishment in 2010. With more than fifteen years in the company, she plays a key role in driving operational excellence and shaping long-term strategy. As Holder of Procuration, she also supports the President as the second statutory representative.
Over the years, Jana has become the central coordinator of major corporate functions, including finance and budgeting, quality management, HR administration, legal support, and company-wide operational processes. She is responsible for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and oversees also Occupational Health and Safety and Fire Protection. Her work ensures compliance, operational continuity, and the efficient functioning of internal systems—directly strengthening the company’s day-to-day performance.
Her background in Econometrics and Operations Research, enhanced by five years of Ph.D. studies in the U.S., gives her a strong analytical and methodological foundation that she applies in her leadership role.
Before co-founding Seismik, Jana gained valuable experience in market and economic research within the financial sector, managing teams and client portfolios. This early career built the managerial, analytical, and client-oriented skills she now leverages to enhance Seismik’s operational performance.
