Jana is one of the four establishing members of Seismik. She is working on a position of Chief Operating Officer from the very first days in 2010 till the present. She also seconds the president of the company as a Holder of Procuration in a role of the second statutory representative.
Jana is a main contact in the company for most of the financial, operations, HR and other administrative matters.
Her background of Econometrics and Operations Research (Mathematical Models in Economy) and the following five years of Ph.D. studies in USA have prepared her well, together with her analytical, organization and communication skills, for her future jobs.
She has started her career as a market and economics research specialist with the focus on a finance sector, working for local companies as well as for a large international company where she was employed as a Customized Research Manager responsible for the Czech and Slovak Republics and their teams. She has left this industry from a position of Account Director followed by several years of independent work.
